Syrcas Kids

Our Kids Syrcas classes introduce children to aerial arts and acrobatics in a structured, supportive environment led by qualified coaches Sessions include aerial skills, basic acrobatics, juggling and movement-based games, all carefully designed to build coordination, strength, flexibility and confidence. Alongside the physical training, children develop focus, resilience and teamwork. Classes are structured and progressive, giving them clear goals to work towards while keeping them engaged and challenged throughout. The aim is to build strong foundations in circus skills, while helping each child grow in confidence, coordination and physical awareness in a safe and encouraging space.
Pole

Pole dancing is a wonderful way to build strength and improve fitness, as well as develop dance technique and artistic expression. Our classes are fun, supportive and welcoming and we teach a variety of styles and levels so there really is something for everyone. Most students start with our technique classes as we offer different levels to cater for different capabilities and here you will learn pole tricks on a static pole. For those looking for an extra challenge we offer spinning pole lessons where you will learn how to manage working with a rotating pole. And for students looking to focus on the dance element as well as embrace their artistic side we offer sass class.
Handstands

In this class we break the skill down into clear progressions, focusing on alignment, balance and the basics of safely supporting your body weight. Training develops into longer holds, refined technique, and more advanced work such as shapes, presses and one-arm progressions. You don’t need a background in handbalancing to join. Some students are working on their first kick up, others are refining more advanced lines and control. Each person is given appropriate drills and guidance based on their level. The goal is simple: better control, better awareness, and a handstand that feels stable rather than forced.
Movement

Movement brings together ideas from dance, circus, martial arts and floorwork into structured physical training. Through sequences, tasks and movement challenges, you'll build coordination, balance, mobility and a greater understanding of how your body moves. Some sessions focus on fluid floorwork and locomotion. Others place more emphasis on strength, balance or coordination. Every class is an opportunity to explore new ways of moving and develop greater confidence in your body. It’s physical, it’s technical, and it often asks you to think while you move. It’s the kind of class that makes more sense once you’ve experienced it.
Calisthenics

This class focuses on building real strength and control using your own bodyweight. At first glance, calisthenics can look simple. Once you try it, you quickly realise how much strength, coordination, and control it actually takes. That’s part of the process, learning how to move with intention and build from the basics properly. Classes are kept small so you’re never just following along in a crowd. You’ll get guidance, time to work at your own level, and progressions that actually make sense for your body. No pressure to “already be good”, you start where you are. Training blends calisthenics with circus-inspired movement, so strength work always connects back to practical skills like holds, balances, and dynamic movement. Expect to be challenged, but in a way that builds you up over time.
Pole Conditioning

This class is built to help students improve their strength on the pole. Perfect for students looking to gain better grip, achieve inverts or to have the endurance needed to put pole combos together and a great supplementary lesson to do alongside your regular pole class. The lesson includes both floor and on-the-pole conditioning and has been carefully put together to help you smash your pole goals.
Stretch/Flexibility

GENTLE STRETCH: This stretch class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall mobility. We will work on a wide range of flexibility exercises for overall wellbeing but also to compliment any other disciplines you may be training such as pole or aerial technique. Suitable for all levels. SUPER STRETCHING: Super Stretch flexibility class is aimed at students who want to focus on achieving specific flexibility goals in order to accomplish particular tricks either on the pole or in the air.
